FAQ
We take athletes from age 7. For the 7-to-10 group, sessions lean towards games and getting comfortable with the ball rather than heavy technical work. If your child is younger than 7, message us on Zalo — the coach will advise based on the individual child.
Not at all. Most athletes join us at Rookie level, meaning they have never played. The program is designed to start from zero, and having no bad habits yet is genuinely an advantage — teaching it right the first time is far easier than correcting it later.
Yes, and the first one is free. Fill in the registration form and we will contact you on Zalo within 24 hours to arrange a time. You decide whether to enrol after the trial, not before.
Fees vary by program, by site, and by how many sessions a week. The coach goes through the detail with your family before you enrol, so you know exactly what you are paying for. Message us on Zalo at the hotline number for current rates.
Sports shoes with decent grip, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle. We provide the balls. If your child has any health condition we should know about, put it in the notes field on the registration form or tell the coach before the session.
For a new athlete, parents usually notice a clear difference in posture, confidence and coordination after six to eight weeks of consistent training. Deeper technical skill takes longer. We run review points so your family can see where your child sits on the pathway.
It depends on age. Under 13, skills first — the body is not ready for loaded strength work. From 13 up, the two should run together, because good technique without a physical base still leads to injuries and still plateaus. The coach will advise for your child specifically.
International camps sit inside the Elite Hoopers Development program, for athletes at All-Star level and above. It is not something you buy — the athlete needs to reach the level and show the right attitude in training. The coach will be straight with your family about whether your child is ready.
